Description
This painting shows a rocky stream flowing through a green wooded area. Trees and rocky brown-and-gray terrain dominate the top of the composition, with the stream winding below around small gray rocks and boulders. A small white waterfall is depicted on the left side, leading into a flat pool of brown and gray water. The color palette is rich and earthy, with deep greens, golden yellows, and reddish-browns coloring almost all of the scene, as well as some lighter patches of white and beige in the water.
